Permit for this trip was drawn early in the year, but for a variety of reasons, this jaunt didn't green light until three days before the shuttle began. Lost track of the trip cancellations and personal un-invites and it was not pretty. Ended up being only a two person trip via canoe and cataraft. This made for minimal decision issues, early starts, and an uncomplicated trip.

Flow had been around the 1000 mark but spiked to 2000+ on launch day. Very glad for that as we seemed to always clear the boulder gardens by a mere two inches. Day one on the river was a calm, sunny day in the seventies as was out day. In between was a wide spectrum of weather.

Used Redtail Aviation for the shuttle and ran $99 per person with a two-person minimum. BLM Price is the river manager.
