The water being released from Lake Bartlett was cold enough to keep most of the party off the rope. The more adventurous made the effort though. Just before heading downstream, the only other group seen on the river passed by. Must be nice to be young again. Fifty dollar boat, no PFD's, already broke the plastic oars, etc. They were pumping the tubes as they drifted to keep the boat afloat. Makes me wonder why I'm so anal about being prepared.
